SAI has provided a high-efficiency AC unit capable of delivering 100% cooling down to 0°F, ensuring reliable temperature control for elevator equipment and building spaces.

SAI provided complete electrical system design and specification required for the elevator upgrade, including full compliance with the latest NEC code and upgrades to the fire alarm system.

Plumbing work includes installing new elevator sump pumps with oil-minder control systems to meet the latest Massachusetts code 248 CMR.

SAI coordinated with the client for project phasing to minimize disturbances to ongoing facility operations.
