SAI Engineers has designed the HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical design for a residential high end apartment building on upper floors and the offices on the ground floor. Being a historic building, the overall building exterior has maintained the original aesthetics with a modern and updated interior. SAI has provided all electric MEP/FP system.

HVAC system include high efficiency heat pumps. Each apartment is designed to seamlessly integrate MEP systems with high-end architectural features and is equipped with a dedicated zoning system.

Domestic hot water in this unit is provided by 99% efficient electric water heater.

The fire protection system was designed based on latest NFPA 13 code.

SAI has designed electrical lighting design and fire alarm system for the building.
