SAI has provided MEP/ FP for multi-family 2 story building which includes 4 apartments approximately 1,500 sqft.
Designed plumbing system for this multifamily building. Plumbing system includes new cold water, waste water service line, instant hot water heater dedicated to all apartments. Specified custom and high end plumbing fixtures as per client requirements. We have designed natural gas distribution lines for all appliances and HVAC equipment.
HVAC include high efficient, variable speed AC split system with gas furnace. Programmable thermostats improves controllability and sustainability of HVAC system.
We have provided Fire protection system based on NFPA 13 codes.
Electrically, we have provided custom lighting design, fire alarm and power plan.
