New development | High end residential home | high efficient heat pump system | Manual J, S and D energy report | Energy recovery ventilator SAI has provided Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical for this beautiful home with more than 5,000 sqft finished area, and unheated basement.
Mechanically, we have provided residential heat pump system with back up electric heat. We have provided zone damper system to provide more controllability on comfort and Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV) for energy efficiency. Design include two heat pumps to serve ground floor and second floor. We have provided Manual J, S & D report for LEED certification for homes program.
In regards to plumbing, residence has natural gas instantaneous hot water heater with hot water recirculation pump. Due to hot water recirc. system, hot water is available any time in a day for occupant and it saves water consumption. Residence has outdoor pool to use in summer.
SAI has provided electrical design for the residence. Our design Includes Lighting (as specified by client), smoke detectors and power plan for all equipment.
